Queue Properties

Select the queue to change by highlighting it. Choose Properties from the Queue menu or double-click on the queue name to show the queue tabs.

Esker


This option sends FormTrap documents as faxes using the “Fax on Demand” service from Esker. The service is available in Europe, Americas, Asia, Australia and other places, and is charged on a rate per page.

Esker "Fax on Demand" sends and receives faxes from any front- or back-office application.

Esker is usually activated for specific documents using Associated File entries or used as a default option that may be overridden by the Associated File.

Click the Add New, Edit or Delete button to change the recipient lists.

Click the More button to configure Esker settings and cover page.

Esker Options

In the Settings tab, enter Tracking and Sender information:

  • Notify on - The progress of fax jobs can be viewed on-line at Esker's web site http://as1.ondemand.esker.com/ondemand/webaccess. Notify option may be used to advise jobs that complete successfully or that fail or both. This option requires the special SMTP notification process to run in background.

  • Address is the email address where the notification is sent.

  • Name is the sender's name.

  • Company is the sender's company name.

Choose the job Importance from the drop down menu: Regular, Urgent, Immediate or Low.

The Cover Page tab allows selection of Cover page and Message files from your computer as well as entry of the Subject. All or some of these items can be specified as Associated File items.
