Unused obsolete data folders can be deleted from the system.

To delete data folders:

• Choose Delete Data Folder from the Data menu.

• In the Delete Data Folder window, a tree structure of your current data folders will be displayed. Expanding the tree will show all queues that use data folder. After data folder is deleted these queues become invalid (since they still refer to a forms in a deleted data folder). Edit the settings of these queues to re-assign a valid data folder.

  

   

• Select the data folder you want to remove.

• Click OK.

• An alarm will pop up for confirmation of this delete process, click Yes to continue.
