Queue Properties

Select the queue to change by highlighting it. Choose Properties from the Queue menu or double-click on the queue name to show the queue tabs.
Esker Mail


This option provides printing, enveloping and postal mailing of FormTrap documents using Esker Mail service.

Esker Mail is usually activated for specific documents using Associated File entries or used as a default option that may be overridden by the Associated File.

To Edit Recipient properties::

  • Click the Add New, Edit or Delete button to change the recipient lists.

  • Enter 3 to 7 lines of Postal address. Click OK.

In Esker Mail tab, click the More button to configure Esker Mail settings.

Esker Mail Settings

Sender allows you to enter 3 to 7 lines of sender's address.

Settings provides options of Color printing, Both sided (duplex) printing, Request delivery receipt, Notify on failure to deliver and Cover page.

Mail provider refers to a special code, such as AU - Australia and US - America and is normally included via the setup process.
