This option allows you to alter locations of special folders used by FTSpooler.

Data input - the root folder for data input via the file system. For each queue that has input from file system enabled, a folder is created under this the data input folder.

The folder should be located at a local drive on the computer where FTSpooler is installed.

Archives - the folder for storing successful or failed jobs archive information.

Rule files - the folder for storing rule files (.rul) that are used by queues for document identification and split purposes.

Forms and other resources - the root folder for storing data required for formatting documents i.e. forms and substitution files.

• Select Locations from the Options menu.
• In the Location screen, choose one of the file locations you want to modify.
• Click the Change button and choose a new path from the Browse For Folder box. Click OK.
• Click Close.
