Create a Data Folder |
To create a new data folder:
- Choose New Folder from the Data menu.
- The Data folder page will appear. Enter
a name for your data folder in the New data folder
text box, for example: FormTrap.

- The dialog box pops up to allow you to locate your load (.ASC)
file.

Choose the load (.ASC) file you
wish to add and click Open to finish the
reloading process. Forms within the load (.ASC) file
will be added to the data folder.

A corresponding folder will be
created in the file system.
Queues will be able to reference this folder when
you define queue settings.

Delete a Data Folder |
Unused obsolete data folders can be deleted from the
system. Select a data folder to view the details of the
data folder in a tree structure. Expanding the tree will show all queues
that use data folder. After data folder is deleted these
queues become invalid (since they still refer to a forms
in a deleted data folder). Edit the settings of these
queues to re-assign a valid data folder.
To delete a data folder:

Select the data folder you wish
to delete from the data list.

Choose Delete from the
menu.

A dialog box pops up to confirm
the deletion process. Click
Yes to finish.

Update the Forms of the Data Folder |
To update the load (.ASC) file to the data folder:
- Select either the data folder name i.e. FormTrap
in our example or Forms underneath.

- Choose Load forms
menu.
- The dialog box pops up to allow you to locate your load (.ASC)
file.
- Select the load (.ASC) file you wish to reload and
click Open to finish the reloading process.
Previous forms will be removed and replaced by the
new forms.

Add a Substitution File to the Data Folder |
To add a substitution file to the data folder:
- Select Substitution under the data
folder.
- Choose Add substitution files
menu.
- The dialog box pops up to allow you to add the substitution file(s).

- Select the substitution file you wish to add and
click Open to finish the reloading process.

To delete a substitution file from the data folder:
- Select the substitution file(s) you wish to delete
under Substitution of the data
folder.
- Choose Delete from the Data
menu.
- The dialog box pops up to confirm the deletion
process. Click Yes to finish.

Add a Split Rule File |
To add a Split Rule File:
- Select Split Rules above Data in
the tree structure.
- Select the split rule file(s) you wish to delete
under Split Rules of the data
folder.
- Choose Add rule files
menu.
- A dialog box pops up to allow you to add the split rule file.
Select the rule file you wish to add and click
Open to finish.

- Select the split rule file you wish to add and
click Open to finish the reloading process.
