Connecting to the FTSpooler Server |

Before you can create any queues, you need to connect to
the FTSpooler
Server. To connect to the server:
- Ensure that the FTSpooler Server service is running.

- Choose Parameters from the Server menu, or click on the
Parameters button on the toolbar.
- In the Server dialog, you have two ways of
specifying connection method and the FTSpooler Server
computer:
- Enterprise (using Windows network)
- Check the Server is on the same computer
check box if FTSpooler Server is installed on this
computer.
- Enter the name of the FTSpooler Server computer in the Server
(computer's NetBIOS name) text box. If it is
in the same domain, enter just the computer name.
- World (using Internet)
- Enter the full domain name of the computer
running FTSpooler Server into the Server's Internet
Address text box.
- Enter the user name as supplied by the system
administrator for your FTSpooler login into the
User name text box.
- Enter the password as supplied by the system
administrator into the Password textbox.

- Click OK.
- The server has now been defined. To connect to the
FTSpooler Server, choose Refresh from the Server
menu, or click the Refresh toolbar button.
