Both FTSpooler Enterprise server modules log warnings
and errors to the Windows Event Log.
Look here for the error message when you have an error or
unexpected result.
To view the Windows Event Log:

Select Administrative Tools from
the Control Panel.

Select Event Log from the
available options.

FTSpooler warnings and errors will appear
in the Application Log in the Event Viewer
console.
Look in the Source column for the values FTDbSvr or FTSvr, standing
for FTSpooler Database Server or FTSpooler Server.
Normally FTSpooler logs for start-up, exit and error messages,
however, for troubleshooting purposes users may select the
Debug messages option to show more information. Do this
temporarily, not as the standard setting.
