QAD documents output in input orde
QAD forms using specialised QAD Data Extracts as input are unique to Australia and NZ and represent a fast way to derive excellent forms from a common platform. This describes how to plan your queues and processing to minimise queues and processing.
Data is directed to a FormTrap input queue, where it is recognised and directed to a document queue, using this as the Identity rule (with the other document types included).
Below is the entry queue (where the data is deposited by MGFPRO). There would be many more items under Formatting and replication:, corresponding to the rules file, directing document to their queue type.
In teh document queue, the file is split into individual documents using this "split only" rule:
This is the process queue, it has (General tab) Keep replication order ticked.
This shows the output, in sequence of input.
