Attachment Filters
FTSpooler attaches the print job to the email as a PCL/PS attachment. The attached file depends on what printer has been selected while building the form in FTDesign. By using Attachment filters you can convert FormTrap documents to TIFF files, PCX files or PDF files.

Click on the Attachment Filters button and select from the list, or alternatively, add a customized filter by clicking Process. This options is available only for Enterprise (Windows Network) connection. World (Internet) connection restricted to use only the filters that are registered by FTSpooler Server Console. More information on Conversion Filters The option of Original file as well attaches the original PCL/PS file to the email as well.

Click the Add button and a list of available conversion filters is displayed in the pop up window. Only registered filters can be used with a World (Internet) connection. More information on Filter Registration in FTSpooler Server Console

Sender Information
Click on the Sender, subject, body... button to enter the sender name, address, subject line and body. Check the Include subject and body for fax recipients checkbox to insert the subject line and body on the fax cover page (Note: the cover page is sent when the correct properties are configured in the Windows Fax Settings). The option "Include subject and body for fax recipients" is only enabled for MAPI (Outlook) delivery and will affect only those recipients that have e-mail type set to "FAX". This is the email you should receive.
